Tech Plug Cell Phone Repair fixes MacBook laptops, iPads, PS5 and Xbox consoles in Elmwood Park. Its computer repair in Elmwood Park focuses on diagnosing and repairing individual components. The shop says Sergio Parra founded the lab in 2020.
Sergio personally diagnoses and repairs every board under a microscope. The work stays in house, including microsoldering on the board itself. MacBook and PC logic boards are among the boards he handles, including those affected by liquid damage. For PS5 and Xbox controllers, the shop replaces joystick modules at the board to address stick drift.
Customers can bring devices to the lab without an appointment or send them by mail. The shop says its warranty lasts 90 days and covers the specific work performed. Business clients can request confidentiality agreements. Schools and offices can arrange volume repairs, while gaming resellers can send consoles for work at the lab. Repairs for partner businesses stay under the partner brand.
