Claim your free listing

We list repair shops using public data, even if the owner hasn't signed up. Your shop may already have a listing here.

What you can change

Description, repairs and hours
These changes go live when you save. Hours are labeled as yours.
Photos of your shop
Photos appear after a person has checked them.
Name, phone, website and address
A person reviews these details before they go live.
The “Owner-verified” badge
Shows customers that the owner claimed the listing.

You can also claim from your shop's page. Choose “Claim this free listing” in the “Info from Google” note. We'll send a 6-digit code to your work email. Using your shop's website domain is the quickest way. Otherwise, a person checks the claim first. Claiming is rolling out gradually. If it isn't offered on your page yet, email contact@repairseeker.com from your shop's address and we'll set it up.

Quote requests

A direct quote request goes from your page to your shop only. A nearby-shops request uses a separate, clearly labeled RepairSeeker form and goes to up to 3 nearby shops that chose to receive requests, closest first.

Reply directly using the customer's phone number or email. Requests are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off any time. Either way, your page shows your phone number, website and directions when we have them, as every listing does.

How claiming affects rank

A claim adds 6 points, or 10 if verified through an email at your shop's website domain. That's less than a good rating is worth. Nobody pays for a better rank. Shops using BenchKey, repair-shop software from the team behind RepairSeeker, follow the same rules. How we rank gives the full formula and what every listing shows, claimed or not.

Correcting your listing

Use “Report a problem” on your shop's page, or email contact@repairseeker.com. We can correct details, mark a shop closed, or remove a listing that isn't a repair shop.
