About Device Surgeon
Device Surgeon repairs iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones in Boonton. Customers can walk in for most repairs without making an appointment. The shop handles repairs on site with its own team and does not ship devices elsewhere.
Device Surgeon says Alper Akcay founded the business in 2015 and continues to operate it. The shop also advertises Apple and Samsung certifications. It describes devices showing no signs of life as a specialty, including those affected by water damage, hard falls or dead batteries.
MacBook and iPad are also among the devices it repairs, along with PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. Console work includes diagnosing and fixing units that are unresponsive or physically damaged. LG and Motorola phones are also among the brands it repairs.
Alongside repairs, the shop sells preowned and refurbished smartphones and occasionally buys used devices. Its listed service area includes Mountain Lakes, Montville and Parsippany, plus surrounding Morris and Passaic County communities.
