About Computer Configurations
Computer Configurations repairs computers in Staten Island, with on site visits for home and business users. Pickup and delivery are also available, while on site coverage extends to Brooklyn, Queens and New Jersey. The shop schedules appointments for remote repair, with a technician assisting through an online connection.
Remote appointments cover Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 7 computers, as listed on the shop's site. The remote repair connection uses 256 bit encryption. Its website says the applet used for the connection is automatically removed when the service ends.
Business support includes custom IT maintenance contracts, with technician visits scheduled as often as the company requires. Computer loaners are available through the IT support program so work can continue. The shop says it has more than 15 years of network design and implementation experience. Computer Configurations also describes its technician network as industry certified, citing computer training and experience.
